さる2024年２月20日〜24日にかけてイタリアで開催された世界最大級の革の展示会『LINEA PELLE』にて、『革コン2023！』におけるプロダクト部門の最優秀賞と優秀賞作品が展示されました。
今回はその様子をお伝えしていきます。
最優秀賞
- 作品名：『Forming 01』

このペンダントランプ（シャンデリア）は、その直線性と洗練されたデザイン（堅牢性とも好対照）で抜きん出ていました。遊び心のある形状、光と影、そしてシンプルでありながらこのようにエレガントに皮革を扱う能力。以上の理由で、この作品を１位に決定しました。
This chandelier particularly impressed us with its linearity, its refinement contrasted with the strength of its design. The play of shapes, light and shadow, the ability to use leather in such an elegant way at the same time simple, led us to award this prototype first place

革で作られた歯車。とても斬新で複雑、クリーンかつエレガントな工業製品で、私たちはすっかり魅了されました。まさに「型にとらわれない発想」そのものです。革を使うことの創造性は無限ということを改めて確認できました。
We were enchanted by this gear made of leather, so much originality, complexity and engineering with elegance in a clean way. Completely ” to think outside of the box”. It confirms to us the idea that there is no limit to creativity to leather work.
